Con’s experience spans a diverse range of areas and a data-base of potential clients looking for partnerships. His passion and expertise includes innovation, AI, cyber-security, and digital disruption.
Sylvana Livissianis
Director & Company Secretary of AIB Advisory Board
Sylvana is a CPA and has been working in their family business since 2004. The business was established back in 1981 and has focused on training Senior Executives, Directors, CFOs, and CEOs of mid to large-sized organisations.
Jim Varghese AM
Co-Founder and Chair of AIB Advisory Council
Jim Varghese AM was the immediate past National Chair of Australia India Business Council Ltd. He is also chairman and owner of his own business Leadership Company Qld Pty Ltd and Chair of Springfield City Group Board. He is very active in the B2B space and currently Chancellor of Torrens University and Think Group.
Vinod Michandani

India
Vinod Michandani has over 15 years of international industry experience in the Education, Telecommunication and Banking & Finance sectors. He has a Masters in Service Management and applies his management and operations experience & skills to his business VM Advisory Services LLP. Vinod was also a Director of the Australia India Business Council Ltd between 2018–2022.
Kim Russell
AIB Advisory Council – Agribusiness
Kim has been providing advice and management services in the farming and agribusiness sectors since 2003. Specialising in soils, water, and organic waste management including composting. He has a comprehensive understanding of value chains and agribusiness markets which gives context to his work. He has an Agricultural Science Degree from the University of Western Sydney.

Sarah practices transformation and growth in regional businesses with a wide range of experience in business resilience, recovery, governance, systems, commercial disciplines, strategy, stakeholder engagement and organisational change.
Nik Sanapati
AIB Advisory Council - Resources
Nik is a geologist and has spent over 40 years in the mining industry with roles in exploration, operations, strategy and external relations. Nik was educated in India, Australia and as a Rhodes Scholar in the UK.
Until 2015 Nik was country head (MD) of Rio Tinto in India, a role that he held for almost 10 years. He was instrumental in establishing the Sustainable Mining Initiative for the Indian mining industry and initiated the Skills Council in the Mining Sector.
Manu Hingorani

Manu is a distinguished leader. A recognized strategist and catalyst for change, Manu has served on boards such as AITPM, Engineers Australia, and ITS Australia. Holding an MBA and an Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering degree, he fosters partnerships with industry and academia, driving sustainable infrastructure development in Australia and India while promoting innovation and excellence.
